Flashing
Called a murmuration, this defensive behavior is inspiring computer programming and other applications. Collective intelligence emerges when several hundred birds or fish move together without collisions. And all of these are performed without any leaders or blueprints. The cognition capacity of an individual is very limited. But ant, bee and termite colonies solve extremely complicated problems, that sometimes humans struggle to solve.

Four balloons for per unit, they may separate in the air and detecting the smog; and they will discover then flashing into big swarm ; once they gathering, the system start filtering the polluted air.
