Beatriz Colomina said ,“ Architecture as Visualized machines that made the environmental issues into industrial products. Nonetheless, the climate effects on space were ignore by architects. “

We design a rainwater purifier in urban area which could not only be a pavilion adjusting the peripheral temperature, but a mobile meteorol station. In the process of collecting rainwater in stability and care, you could also enjoy a cup of ice-dripped coffee. We regarded this microarchitecture as a brand-new infrastructure in the methods of renewable energy and spatial equipment that create a link between peoples’ daily life and energy reuse issue.

The prototype system for energy reuse could be combined with the other infrastructure such as the entrances of underground street in urban area which suffered from problems of physical environment. The problems could be solved. Meanwhile, we made the process of energy reuse be an experienced space. When the prototype infrastructure were scattered around the city as streetlight system, it will be a brand-new urban rainwater reuse system.

How long would you wait for a real cup of coffee?
According to the gravity waves, we designed a slender structure as carrier of water. Flowing from top to bottom: rainwater collection>rainwater filtration>storage>RO system>ice dripped coffee equipment>coffee output. Cooling the water by the thermoelectric cooling chips, we produced 8 units every 4 hours, making every cup of coffee preciously.

The mobility and the assembly is all from the component design. Based on the scale of streets, Raining Lab could be dissembled and delivered by 1.5 ton/3.5 ton/15 ton crane truck. Considering the delivery scale, this design could get clean water by itself and arrive somewhere hard to reach.
By interacting with people, we not only transfer different ideas about water and energy issues in the perspective of architecture, but also integrate other professional into the area. Furthermore, we urged people to concern the resource surrounded but easily ignored.
